Prior to performing any services, the manager there did not even go over any concerns or the reason for my visit. He took for granted I was only there for an oil change.
After they performed my oil change, I then had to then tell them to perform a tire rotation. One of your technicians could not get even lift my tire back on, he was struggling, I had to tell the other technicians to help him, I don't want my freaking tire flying off!!
The manager that was taking care of this location had no clue about what his duties were. His customer services was horrible and I am weary about ever bringing my car to this location again!
I was charged for the most oil change$99.99 when it should have been the $79.99 oil change. Overcharged me because i was a white female. White man in front got syntheic oil and his was $70.

The good: the staff was friendly seemed very straightforward. They let me bring in my own oil and filter and charged me much less not having to use their parts. They looked up the oil my car needed and that helped me find the right parts at the auto part store.
Service was fast. They honored ALL coupons available for different services I purchased. Price was much much better (even including the parts purchase) than going to the dealer.
Improvement: just the lobby could be cleaner and "gas station coffee" could be a lot better had they just bought a Keurig machine.
The video playing about different types of oil and filters and what they did was informative.

You guys damaged my car. My van broke down the next morning after oil change. You put too much oil in the engine. Instead of 6 quarts you put in 12 quarts. The 12 quarts is for non ecoboost. My van is 350 ecoboost HD and it takes only 6 quarts. My van is at the workshop right now. Am very disappointed with you guys.

I went in for a possible brake job. Within five minutes, I had a diagnosis and an estimate. My rear brakes were replaced within about an hour. The staff was attentive and courteous, and I couldn't believe how fast the work was completed.

I do not need my wipers change every 3K miles, I do not need my brakes replace every 3K miles, I do not need my brake fluid change every 3K miles, I do not need radiator fluid change every 3K miles, I do not need my air and cabin filter change every 3K miles, I do not need my lights replace every 3K miles, and so one.
Personnel was courteous and knowledgeable.
