Friendly, helpful, patient with my questions and always provides an answer. I can go elsewhere that is cheaper but the convenience, quality, and care provided by this Jiffy Lube keeps me coming back.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When we went the service was top notch but after I left I realized that someone had been in my bag. And something’s were missing. After returning I was not able to find it and the guy that worked on my car had an attitude and he was high as a kite the item that was taken was marijuana that I got from the dispensary. If it wasn’t for the cloud floating employee I would have gave 100 %. I hope he got fired and warning don’t leave anything in the car
