Helpful, communicative, quick, and didn't push any suggestions too hard.
I did not know the exact name of the job/procedure I needed to be done to my vehicle. I needed the other fluids to be replaced or refilled ( not the usual oil change). I asked them what I preciously had done and ultimately my fuel injectors were cleaned. Not what i needed my fuel injectors were just recently replaced but at that moment I just wasn’t confident in what needed to be done so i just agreed.
I would’ve appreciated a little more guidance or some initiative to tell me what would have been more beneficial for my vehicle. Any suggestions would have been appreciated more so than just doing work that didn’t really need to be done.
I should have been more knowledgeable of my vehicle needs however I believe better customer service would have guided me to the correct service.

JL is very honest very honest. You improperly reinstalled my cabin filter which damaged the fan blower. My fan blower stopped working 1 week after getting my vehicle was service at JL. The cabin filter was all chewed up due to putting it back in my vehicle after getting my oil changed. You pulled and showed me the cabin and air filter before doing the oil change.
Cost me $250 to replace fan blower and new cabin filter. I went back to JL to voice my issue but it fell on deaf and incompetent ears.

I have had minor items not addressed at my last 2 visits. When my tires were rotates, the sensors were not reprogrammed causing the car to report incorrect tire pressures. On my last visit, the oil life monitor was not reset (the service list noted that it was done).
