Fast, good service
I took my car in for an oil change and ended up without an air filter. Am not sure how it was lost during an oil change but I noticed after the work was done that my car was running very loudly and so I opened the hood and the air filter compartment was open and the air filter was nowhere to be found. Email follow up preferred
I came in because I had a low tire pressure alert and decided to get that checked out and also to get an oil change. The person I worked with told me there was nothing wrong with the tire, did the oil change, sold me two kinds of filter and sent me on my way. The next day the same tire was down 8 PSI from when I left Jiffy Lube. Took it somewhere else and within 15 minutes of dropping it off they found a nail through the side wall. I have no confidence that the issue I came in reporting was actually investigated by your employees. I intend to find somewhere else to complete my routine service.

I had an oil change last Monday. Tuesday I drove to the Outter Banks. On the way there in the rain my inflation indicator was lit. I was concerned that I was getting a flat. What I found was the person checking my psi on the passenger side filled the tires to over 60lbs psi. That’s all the higher my gauge showed. I balanced the tires by deflating the tires to the proper psi. Very surprising.

The team is always professional and polite in Elkridge. They help you understand and show you why items need to be replaced instead of forcing them on you. I have brought multiple vehicles to this location. I would rather bring my 2023 Durango and 2024 jeep 4xe to this team then the dealer. Keep up the great work!!
Customer service is excellent. Greeted in pleasant manner. Escorted to waiting area, review of previous work and informed of what currently needs to be done, given price estimate, and completed in timely manner.
First I believe they did work on my car that wasn’t necessary and I sat there for 3 hours and was charged a ridiculous price

Fast, honest, and informative service
I was charged almost $200 to get an oil change and an air filter change. I was charged $60 for an air filter when they only cost $10 at a auto parts store. I will not be coming back there.
The top was left off my oil and I was driving around not noticing it until the next day. I called to contact them about the problem I got no answer at all.
