Person I talked to was rude and condescending. The maintenance options went by way too fast and without clear explanations. Likely won’t be back to this location and will choose a place more customer friendly.
The whole experience at this Jiffy Lube location in Laurel has been a great on. From the Manager Bryan all the way do the service tech, all were courteous and professional.

The Hispanic guy pulled my car in the bay put a black mark on my Whitehall tire & oil stains on my seat & inside driver door also black finger prints on my hood.

Very nice and very thorough.
The staff was pleasant and professional and efficient. The whole place was amazingly clean and comfortable for a car shop. I definitely recommend coming here. The prices are what you would expect to pay.

I was working when I took my company vehicle in for service. It took 15 minutes from the time I arrived to completion. I watched the technician and they were fast but thorough.
I went in to replace my in cabin air filter and the retention cable for the glovebox was broken.
The only people to touch that were the technicians at JL.
please follow-up.
