Lovely experience. The entire team made a point of explaining thoroughly my options, telling me reqlistic priorities, and worked with me to reach a price that was both doable for me, and would let me leave with a vehicle safe to drive. Would go back again anytime. Mo was great.

I was in and out yesterday Sunday 10/6. Kyle is great!
Overall, I had a positive experience with the service I received at Jiffy Lube. The staff was attentive and the process was efficient, which I appreciated. However, since I visited on a Sunday, I had hoped to catch the football game while waiting, but unfortunately, none of the TVs were working. Ensuring the TVs are operational would enhance the waiting experience for customers, especially during sports events. Thank you for your service, and I look forward to my next visit.

Use of synthetic oil doesn't necessitate an oil change every 3,000 miles. Don't mislead people by putting a reminder sticker on the car that shows next oil change is due in 3.000 miles. My daughter was confused by that.

I remember the days when they were cleaning the windshield and putting the foot papers in car. But know taking less than 5 minutes to change the oil and not cleaning the windshield, not checking the tire pressure.
