Customer service was great
Staff were polite. The waitjng room was clean. They were quick to get my van done. They even vacuumed out the inside of my van. I appreciate them going above and beyond. Thank you!
I remember the days when they were cleaning the windshield and putting the foot papers in car. But know taking less than 5 minutes to change the oil and not cleaning the windshield, not checking the tire pressure.

on the day that I came in to get my back right tire plugged, I realized that I was the last customer of the day. I felt lucky because my tire was going flat on a Friday evening and I had an early Saturday appointment. The team got me in quickly and I didn't have to wait long. My difficulty with the service was that I wasn't told that my car was ready. I just happened to look out of the door after I paid the cashier. So, I went out to my car which was running, the glove box was opened and the team member was nowhere around. I had some important papers in my glove box and to leave it open after he looked through the owner's manual was not professional. I felt like the technician could have asked me to leave the manual on the front seat because I am missing some documents that were in my glove box. It is anybody's guess what happened. I went back the next day and spoke to the manager and she wasn't taking any of my information as a matter of unprofessionalism. I felt undervalued as a customer.
