on the day that I came in to get my back right tire plugged, I realized that I was the last customer of the day. I felt lucky because my tire was going flat on a Friday evening and I had an early Saturday appointment. The team got me in quickly and I didn't have to wait long. My difficulty with the service was that I wasn't told that my car was ready. I just happened to look out of the door after I paid the cashier. So, I went out to my car which was running, the glove box was opened and the team member was nowhere around. I had some important papers in my glove box and to leave it open after he looked through the owner's manual was not professional. I felt like the technician could have asked me to leave the manual on the front seat because I am missing some documents that were in my glove box. It is anybody's guess what happened. I went back the next day and spoke to the manager and she wasn't taking any of my information as a matter of unprofessionalism. I felt undervalued as a customer.

Quick and friendly and knowledgeable
This was my first time going to the Oxon Hill location. I work down the street and wanted to get an oil change before I headed back home. I was a little skeptical because this is the HOOD lol. They did the oil change QUICK and I was out in less than 15 minutes. Only problem was, it was all males working and as I pulled up they just stare at me. Thatâs common being a woman going to car places but itâs just annoying and rude. As an employee, you SPEAK duh! Not just stare at the car like youâve never seen a human being a day in your life. After pulling up to the garage and all the workers staring at me I finally say âUh helloââŠ. and then one guy speaks back but is still very short with his words. That annoyed me because I hate when you walk into an establishment or pull up and the workers donât greet you. It takes 5 seconds to say âHey how can I help youâ as oppose to 5 men just staring me downâŠâŠ. also the front desk lady wasnât rude but her vibe was just âEh đ¶â you donât have to say HEY HOWS IT GOING đ as loud as possible but just GREET customers and at least ACT LIKE you like your job. Besides that factor the service they did was quick, they got my oil change done fast. But the customer service being off kinda threw me off. Probably wonât go back to that specific location.
