Excellent. I told the team at the Jiffy Lube, you all caught a big issue with my oil plug. Rather then hide it you showed me the issue. I then took it back to the dealership to have it replaced. All my oil changes were through the dealership and they never once told me the issue which would've been a disaster if it fell out while driving. I trust this crew and wont go anywhere else for my services.
Jiffy Lube is always quick and efficient in assisting and completing work done on my vehicle. The staff are friendly and helpful. They always leave my vehicle clean.

The worst customer service of all time. The lady at the front acting like the manager, super rude and doesn’t care about people. She always trying to overcharge and when she get caught she get mad. She doesn’t need to be there.
i WAS GREETED RIGHT AWAY AND TREATED VERY WELL AS USUAL BUT I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THAT MY WIPER FLUID BE FILLED AND IT WAS NOT DONE AGAIN FOR THE SECOND TIME. NO OTHER COMPLAINTS

Fast efficient service. 3 bays operating. The tech was good with info on my vehicle maintenance without being aggressive to sell me something.
Technician was quick and thorough. He quickly diagnosed a screw in my tire causing me a slow leak over several weeks. He plugged the hole for me and sent me on my way in record time. I appreciate what he did saving me the cost of a new tire and making it safe to drive.
