Very typical for any place to try to sell you additional services or products, so that’s fine.. but these guys had me in and out from an oil change in what seemed like less than 20 minutes, which I was more than pleased with!! Process was straightforward and they honored the coupon that I presented at checkout.
Keep Mr. Parsons as the Manager of the location I frequent. He is the reason I return to the specific location. I also take my wife's vehicle there because of him. I trust him with both my vehicle and my wife's vehicle. We have built a rapport, and I know I can trust him to do the right thing with my vehicle.

Fast service! Waiting room was clean. Employees were very knowledgeable and helpful!! Recommended other services and gave prices for those services which is appreciated because I’m not well versed with regular maintenance my vehicle requires, so their insight was very much welcome. Overall it was a very good experience and I will continue to use this location as my go-to store.

Quick.. I have been coming here for yrs.
I was promised that my brake job would be finished in 40 - 60 mins but it took over 2hrs to complete the job & I rec'd no updates along the way explaining why the timeline had been tripled. So I have concluded that this establishment will only do oil changes for me keeping in line with their speciality.

Roland and his crew where very friendly and knowledgeable. I always receive excellent service from this Joffy Lube location. This isn't the closest one to my home but I drive the extra mile for the extra mile of service they have shown to me and the upkeep of my vehicle.
