What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Everything! Great classes, great instructors, wonderful equipment, great pools, clean facility, convenient location.
I LOVE the big screen and wonderful videos in the spin room - I wish all the instructors would use it. I don't care if it's synched with the workout - it's just great to "bike in the mountains"!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

One of the greatest things about the Tandy YMCA is that I am able to go work out and have "me time" knowing that my children are having fun are being well cared for in the Play and Learn center.

The cooking classes, especially the free ones, are awesome! Is there a possibility that more could be offered.
And, posting of the recipes on the YMCA website would be fantastic!!

The strength training and yoga are two of my favorite classes to take at the Tandy YMCA. Love the instructors and enjoy the comraderi of the group. Excellent workout routines.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

My husband and I work out in your gym and also swim 3 days a week. We haven’t joined any programs. Both of us love your clean gym and locker rooms and the diverse group of people that use the gym. I love your kind and helpful staff and cleaning crew.

I like the Water Aerobics teachers, especially Sandy Kay and Penny. They are energetic and encouraging. The locker rooms are usually pretty clean.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I enjoy all the staff. Everyone from those who check us in to the aides on the floor who help with the equipment are always smiling and looking for ways to make our visits productive. I especially like the manner that other patrons encourage each other....even total strangers. My trainer, Amelia, is a delight when she isn't nearly killing me.

I would like them better if you would add two more stair machines so there is no waiting when the two existing machines are in use.
