I like that those at the front desk and 5:00 in the morning, are welcoming and gracious and greet me by name. I have been a member at YMCA's in Oklahoma City, Jacksonville Florida, and have visited Y's in Atlanta, and Tennessee and North Carolina, and I must say that Tandy Y is one of the Top. The Y truly is MUCH MORE than a Gym.
I love that my husband and I can work out at the same time while our child is being taken care of in the same facility.

Vinyasa class on Monday evenings.
I was in an ab core class and enjoyed it even though it was intense. I felt very good afterwards but a little sore.
I like the activities inside when I make an activity that I can be active in. Not only active, but staying fit is also a plus when I can be fit in an activity that keeps me active staying fit in an activity that is actively fitting for me staying active.
As far as programs go, I have not been in any program that falls into the program that may be programmed for me. Programming from a program that I can also be part of a program that includes programs that are programmed for me...
The therapy pool and the water aerobics. I am 65 and my mother 82. We feel so much better after a session and we are making new friends! We will soon start walking and then maybe some Yoga. Tandy is very clean and feels safe. The attendants and life guards are very friendly and helpful. We LOVE, LOVE LOVE! Coming here!

Swimming
I love everything about the gym, but I just feel like if you guys will hire. people who it's bilingual will help so much when people go try to get membership ..zumba sounds good to me !!!

I like the therapy pool. Being in the colder pools make every joint cramp up b/c it's too cold. It would be nice if the therapy pool was open earlier in the mornings and afternoons.
