What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like the variety offered for different physical abilities, strengths, and desired outcomes. I like that I can view these opportunities online and sign up online as well. The instructors and staff that I've encountered have been friendly and helpful.

There is always a yoga, cardio, or toning class offered at convenient times! The staff greets me by name with a smile.

I like the feel of the work out space upstairs with the weights and treadmills. The area is mostly comfortable as people work quietly on their own. The area doesn't welcome competition by skill or fashion. Same for the pool.

Everything is very organized. All equipment is cleaned by members after they use it and also cleaned by staff. Everyone is very friendly and always there to help or answer questions. .

Plenty of choices but not necessarily at the best times for me.
May need to do something about the parking lot. Sometimes too full and I am not parking in the back.{Northside}. Too risky with the crime rate in the area.
