Lots of veriety of programs
I like how clean the facility is maintained and all of the instructors are very knowledgeable and professionals. There are lots of different classes to choose from.
Tai Chi is a marvelous class that teaches balance and flexibility to older patrons, and helps build strength. Tai Chi class members deeply appreciate being able to use the gym for 45 minutes three times a week.
The Pilates class is also quite good, building strength, which is meaningful to middle-aged and older patrons. Thank you for making it available.

The instructors are awesome and I like the schedule of classes.
There are so many different options for all ages, the environment is warm and welcoming. It feels like home and the staff are incredibly positive and encouraging. I recommend Tandy constantly. I actually just went on and on about how great it has been for my family while at my daughter's school function last night.
There are a variety of classes not only for adults, but for kids too. And also the daycare offered.
I haven’t tried everything but what I have done is fantastic. Great pool and yoga classes.

Group fitness is my favorite. The instructors foster a supportive environment and there’s a nice variety of workouts to choose from
I love the "Y is for All" philosophy and it shows when I'm working out - whether in the cardio area, weight area, or in one of your classes. And your front desk people - and all of the staff - are amazingly welcoming and friendly. Keep up the great work!

I enjoy the treadmills and the weight machines and the hot water pool. I am not generally a workout class participant.
Everything i like how the staff is so friendly and inviting it really relieved my anxiety getting to know the facility and being around people and that convinced me to get a membership Thank you for asking
Variety of classes to choose from such as cardio, step, Bootcamp, Tabata, Maxx 45, core strengthening such as Pilates and yoga classes.
There’s a group fitness class for everyone! All levels too.

The variety of yoga classes. The yoga instructors really have a grip on teaching and are helpful when someone isn't quite getting a certain pose properly.
