I like the Egym and Brandon who monitors that area because he’s always upbeat and friendly. I used to like the TaiChi class when Janice was the instructor but not as much now with Deb. She’s nice enough but a little too “guru” acting.
I love the senior exercise classes upstairs. There are wonderful instructors who help us stay strong and flexible, while continuing to develop our cardiovascular and balancing abilities.

I just enjoy the friendly girl Amira at the front desk early a.m.
But,—- I would greatly appreciate if the TV on the treadmill gave me the wording at the bottom of the screen. I do not have earbuds or a cell phone. The treadmill is the only exercise equipment I use

I LOVE the E-Gym! It is a wonderful workout and the trainers are very encouraging and helpful with questions or concerns.

I like the 30 minute core workout! I'm just starting back out in my fitness journey after 2 years and so being able to start out in a quick 30 minute class is perfect. I'm going to try thr 60 minute this week but loved that you provide a 30 minute option.
I also love how not crowded it is! I know this sounds opposite of the objectives of the gym probably, but my social anxiety always prevented me from consistently going to the gym but it's never crowded there, always good equipment open, I love it! I'm so comfortable and can't wait to start trying new things soon like the pool and weight room.

Everything. I want as a grandmother days designated where I can bring my grandkids for fun without paying 15.00 per kid. I cant afford that. I want my adult children to check it out too.

Your classes are consistent, It is clear that your instructors and employees enjoy what they are doing. The facility is also always clean.
