What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Good variety of classes and varying intensities as stamina increases or decreases. All the instructors I’ve had are very good, informative and friendly. The entire facility is awesome!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like the exercise classes for older adults. I would like to see more offered. The cardio dance class is a little too strenuous for many of us.

I like the convenience of the different locations, that my family can join and work out together, and that there are a variety of ways we can stay healthy.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

My family likes the learn and play program. The kids are always excited to go and the staff is wonderful, always friendly and have smiles! We also utilize the gym and Troy's ab blasting class, they make us feel welcome.

I have always liked this Y for many years and now that it is upgraded I like it even better I have only used the pool since it’s been remodel But I hope to use much more of the Y very impressed BJ

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Love the classes, specially yoga, Confusion, hiphop and Zumba. They are fun and a very good stretch and exercise at the same time.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Everything! Great classes, great instructors, wonderful equipment, great pools, clean facility, convenient location.
I LOVE the big screen and wonderful videos in the spin room - I wish all the instructors would use it. I don't care if it's synched with the workout - it's just great to "bike in the mountains"!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

One of the greatest things about the Tandy YMCA is that I am able to go work out and have "me time" knowing that my children are having fun are being well cared for in the Play and Learn center.

The cooking classes, especially the free ones, are awesome! Is there a possibility that more could be offered.
And, posting of the recipes on the YMCA website would be fantastic!!

The strength training and yoga are two of my favorite classes to take at the Tandy YMCA. Love the instructors and enjoy the comraderi of the group. Excellent workout routines.
