I appreciate the helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff members. Even while recuperating from back surgery there are gentle easy things I can do such as the treadmill, and the therapy pool.

Variety is good for me. I like the e gym as well

I would like to say that I do not like the amount of litter that is on the property and in the stream in front of Tandy. Would be willing to help with litter pick up to be part of the solution!

The group classes are the best. Love Cardio Dance with Janice and her enhanced fitness class. Janice makes working out fun!
