What do you like about our programs and activities ?

the pool is great
the changing rooms are clean and nice
there is always a machine open that I can use
and the classes I have attended are really fun
I also like to join in on the challenges as well

I love all the equipment the Y has to offer, my whole family gets to come, there is a wide range of classes available, the pool is awesome, and I feel comfortable working out at the Y! I love it and so dose my husband and children!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Enormous variety of exercise equipment and classes. Clean facility. Up to date equipment. All functioning equipment. Ability for my young tween/teen kids to workout with me. Great parking. Near park/jogging trail.

Great environment to exercise, It is very clean. I really like the Lower extremity machine that help you stretch your legs, back and shoulders. I really enjoy the Strength Train together class.

Tandy Y is an amazing facility. It is a welcoming, friendly, and clean environment. There are numerous classes to choose from at a wide variety of times. The instructors I have interacted with are phenomenal! There is also an excellent selection of equipment to utilize.

Our son comes home everyday excited about the different activities he got to do. We love the fact that he gets to do outdoor activities and sports with other kids.
