In almost all instances your representatives are very personable and empathize with me when I call with a problem, which isn’t often. Although sometimes, again not often, when the technology doesn’t make sense or add up, I feel dismissed. In the most recent problem I had broken technology was placed before listening to me and it resulted in an avoidable problem and inconvenience.
the service was outstanding...i called about an order for propane I placed and was talking to a very nice lady i explained i placed the order several days ago and not heard anything. during the discussion she determined that I was talking about a generator. I explained i perhaps had only a day left of propane and she immediatley said she wld contact the scheduing folks to make sure it was delivered the following morning....and it was!
Thank you Osterman's!!! You went out of your way to deliver propane for me on Sunday 2/22 before the big snow storm on Monday 2/23. I realize it's been a demanding winter!!! Thanks again!

Quality product and services
I like the reader on our tank. Although, I was really nervous about running out with storm coming. That is our source of heat if we lose power. We called a couple times, but got no response.
You are reliable. No idea whether your prices are competitive. We assume they are fair.

Exceptional service! Our propane was delivered hours before a big snow storm and the driver went above and beyond to reach our tank that was already blocked by a lot of snow. As someone who is recovering from knee surgery and unable to shovel out a path, this was highly appreciated!
You delivered propane the Sat. we phoned to say we were out of it. What a relief when the driver arrived 4:30 pm on a Sat. night before Blizzard Calvin. Thank you and the dear driver for taking such great care of us and hearing our plea for help.
