I like the fact that there is a signal that shows that we should get a delivery of propane. The drivers have all been very good and answered any questions we had.
I ran out of propane because my scheduled auto delivery didn’t happen. So, this was annoying and mildly inconvenient, but I appreciated the customer service and within a day and a half, I had a full tank and hot water. I wasn’t home when the delivery was made so I was worried that the technician would neglect to light the pilot light on my water heater (something I don’t dare do myself). When I got home, I quickly turned on the kitchen faucet and the water was hot! I also had received a text after the delivery was made.
As I said, a minor inconvenience and, for sure, a First World problem.
