This company always takes care of me. I ran into an issue this year where because of the storms, my propane was delayed in getting to me. I called to ask for an estimated delivery time and they assured me that I was scheduled and would get the delivery as soon as the roads were clear. Sure enough a few hours later the truck pulled up.
Osterman Propane has been a great fit for our propane needs. We are first-time propane users and the process has been fairly simple. Osterman Propane has been very knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions as well as providing services that work for us. We love the up-front pricing and automated delivery systems. The budget service and the automated pay capabilities mean we do not have to worry about when or how much to pay for a bill.
