Dawn listen to my request about having my gas delivered earlier than what was scheduled because I was fearful of running out and with the temperatures being in the single digits we needed our heater to ensure we didn't have our pipes freeze. Dawn contacted the correct team members and my gas was delivered early.

Great online interface to schedule deliveries, check tank level, handle billing and payments, see history of account.
BUT, AND THIS IS A VERY BIG BUT. There is absolutely no way to get a question answered via chat, phone, or email. Or, to discuss possible service issues or to inquire about purchasing additional propane equipment. This is a major oversight and should be corrected. And, after listening to your horrible music on hold over 6 phone calls, at three different Superior Plus phone numbers, for a total of over 3 hours on hold,over 3 days, I can assure you there is a major problem in your customer service phone system. In all that time and after all that effort I was not able to speak to a live person. Not even once.
I would greatly like to hear a response from a representative to the company with how this problem is being addressed.

Timely. Can speak directly to someone. Do not like that after bill paid continue to get emails and texts that invoice is not paid.
