Driver did not leave a ticket. I am certain as I happened to see him put the hose away and drive away. I checked the doors to the house and mailbox immediately and there was no ticket. This casused some confusion when the emsil bill came and I had to call to clear it up. Kerri at Osterman was great and did clear it up. Navigating the website was not intuitive.

Odd automatic delivery this year, prabably somewhat out of you control. Hard to get a hold of a person for a unique problem. However, once I got someone they were exceptionally helpful.

You guys have always been reliable and affordable. This time it took a long time for delivery 3 weeks but I understand this is out of character and because of the two snow storms.
We have no idea how our account got deleted between last winter and this one. But we are not going to give you a bad review because you got the delivery here fast enough when we needed it. Only our propane heater is giving us trouble now that we have our propane. But we have a propane stove so we needed it anyway. Yes, I wanna give you a good review. Miss the personal touch of the small operation but for the most part fully satisfied. Monitoring tanks works well but still don’t understand the long narrative about the new way to monitor the tanks. Sounds like AI. Monitors work fine why complicate it 😀
