BUT, AND THIS IS A VERY BIG BUT. There is absolutely no way to get a question answered via chat, phone, or email. Or, to discuss possible service issues or to inquire about purchasing additional propane equipment. This is a major oversight and should be corrected. And, after listening to your horrible music on hold over 6 phone calls, at three different Superior Plus phone numbers, for a total of over 3 hours on hold,over 3 days, I can assure you there is a major problem in your customer service phone system. In all that time and after all that effort I was not able to speak to a live person. Not even once.
I would greatly like to hear a response from a representative to the company with how this problem is being addressed.
We never have to think about propane delivery. It arrives as needed! Thank you 😊

You are consistent with delivery. Thanks. I like the use of a gas stove and gas heat. The cost has increased however, so have other sources.
They answer the phone, they deliver quickly, they text upon delivery, they speak ENGLISH and do not ask me to press one to do so.
We were left without propane on Christmas morning. My phone call was answered by an actual person, and we had a delivery in well under an hour. We were impressed and grateful.
