When I call for service they are always very polite and helpful and the deliveries come when they say
Customer service woman was very helpful with a positive attitude. Since I had money on file for months with you, it scared me when the propane was felled and an amount of $990++ was on the stub that is left. I had deposited way more than that & left it on file with you. Perhaps those info notes left behind should state 'This is not a bill."
