My delivery person was Kimo. He is, without a doubt, the nicest, most professional person I have had to deliver my propane. He was so conscientious about respecting my landscaping. He read the notes in my file that indicate I do not want trucks to back down my driveway because some have caused significant damage in the past. He called in advance, as requested, to give time to move my vehicles to ensure there would be no difficulty maneuvering his truck. He did everything right! As the person on the front line representing the company, he is critical to the impressions customers have. He should be recognized and appreciated for playing his role so effectively. It's all being taken care without me having to do anything. You notify me when you are coming. You let me know how much I needed and you take it out of my account which is great.
Reliable
Automated delivery has been great because we have a large tank and use propane for water heaters, in floor heating and cooking. But the Budget Plan is really great as we are on a tight budget living on Social Security.
However, I would like to get the ticket that the driver use to hang on my door so I can easily see what percentage we are using and how many gallons were delivered. I guess that info can also be found online on my account, but if a senior is not computer savvy the ticket is most appreciated.

The tank monitor is handy for the office and us to monitor the tank. The company comes when it is needed without stressing and watching the level of the tank. The representative came filled and left without any issues or concerns.
