I didn't order propane until the last minute. That's when the winter storm came through. Some advise to pass on. Get any fuel or supplies before anything bad happens. Quarles delivered to me asap after bad weather struck. So I can't complain about anything at all. Thank you Quarles for your service.

Eric (I think) was our service man & was very knowledgeable & helpful in assessing our issue & finding a resolution.
After I get through to someone my propane is delivered in a few days. The online site to order cannot be used....not sure why...and I was on hold this time for 1hour and 54 minutes. I think they need to fix this, but I know with the extremely cold weather that I will have to wait. Maybe offer to call us when a line is free so we don't have to hold on for so long.

I once had an "agent" that I sensed was an AI bot, but perhaps it was just a person with a nondescript accent and unusual personality.

You monitor my propane level and bring me a load when I need it.
We never check the tank, but just before the snow came we did and were surprised to see that gauge at 20%. We placed a request online and then called a 10 days later, but they were able to fill the tank while it was just under 10% during a very busy period and icy snow on the ground. Thanks.
Kemo your driver was great calling dispatch to have my tank topped off possibly saving you 100’s. As my house wasn’t on the drop list and I live on the same block being serviced.
I like the automatic sensor installed on our tank. I was a little nervous about relying completely on Superior to make sure I didn't run out so I did follow up with a few inquiries. Finally, when it had dropped to under 20%, the delivery truck arrived. I admit I was a little concerned especially since had just installed a new furnace and I didn't want to run it out of propane.
The auto-monitoring and the tanks and ability to view the tank levels on the Superior Plus website works well. I also appreciate that you responded to my call. Your customer rep was able to confirm I was scheduled for a delivery this week. Your delivery driver and customer rep were very professional and helpful.
Right now I can see my tank level and any pending delivery ticket on the website. It would be helpful if the site also showed when a delivery is scheduled to arrive.
Staff is courteous and helpful. Driver respectful of property and courteous as well.
