Delivery, product and interface/support are great but for the case this last cold season when the ice sheet caused rationing of deliveries. I think more frequent updates would have been welcomed by all.

Great service! Delivery is excellent and right as needed without my prompting. I don’t often need to call but when I do, I get a live local representative who answers my questions in an understandable manner. Very impressive!!! In the past my previous provider had calls served in India, Africa and Mexico as I always asked where they are… I could never get a solution but your company has been excellent 👏👏👏

Excellent service. Always delivers propane as promised. We have never changed propane companies since we purchased our gas logs almost 20 years ago. Why go anywhere else when you have the best company?
