Overall, I like the convenience of being a will-call customer with Superior Plus Propane. The staff is friendly and delivery is within a reasonable amount of time after the order is placed.
With that said, I think it is interesting that the day after I have a delivery of propane on 3/12/26, I receive an email from Superior Plus Propane (on 3/13/2026) advertising $0.15 cents off per gallon and a waiver of the delivery fee when I place an order by March 23, 2026. So, what I need here is a clarification: Does my invoice on 3/12/26 (Invoice NumberPhone number removed3) reflect this offer, or have I missed out on an opportunity of saving money on the delivery of propane?
Quarles has been supplying us with fuel oil for our boiler and propane for our cooktop for over 20 years. Our home is off of the main high way and must be accessed by state maintained gravel road and then a farm lane, and then through part of our yard. Tommy, the gentleman who has delivered our fuel oil for years has kept us reliably supplied. When the ground conditions may not be favorable for bringing the truck in, Tommy goes to great lengths to check out the conditions to ensure that he can make a delivery with out jeopardizing the truck. And when the conditions are not safe to bring the truck in, he keeps coming back until they are. He has never let us run out of fuel. In addition, when I am home when he delivers, he is always professional and very pleasant.! I always enjoy having a brief chat with him.
I did recently did have a disappointing experience with Quarles (not with Tommy). We had a delivery scheduled for March 11. At around 8 o’clock on the morning of March 11, I called Quarles and spoke with I, believe Michelle, and asked her to cancel my delivery. She told me that she would notify dispatch. My wife and I had to be away from the house during the day and when we came home, the delivery had been made anyway. Please understand, that after years of great service, this is not a game changer for us.I just thought you might like to know that on March 11 communication within Quarles seems to have brokendown.
Automatic delivery so no need to worry about running out.
They heat our house. Do not like the slow response for fill ups

Keeping my heat source filled with no worries of being without heat for winter months . My back road which is a dirt road is not the best but Supetior plus is able to handle it .. also the propane level tracking gadget is wonderful.👍. Lon Balum- cabin in north Lycoming county.

Have been a customer for 20+ yrs from Revere to Quarles and now Superior. Always excellent svc. Automatic deliveries and never any concern of running out of propane until this year. Understand this has been a brutally cold winter and fuel consumption has been high. Sent email on portal and several calls. Washika was excellent - professional, understanding and got the ball rolling. Put in emergency ticket on me. Took a few days to work thru system. Called back and spoke w/Belina (sorry failed to get spelling of her name). Again, most helpful and professional. Finally got delivery just in the nick of time. Tank was at about 3%. This ordeal was a first and hopefully a fluke and won’t recur. Overall I’m still a satisfied customer.

We are on the automatic plan and we love it. The staff have always been very supportive and helpful when I called. Very helpful and easy to work with.
