Yesterday, was great and the credit goes to the delivery guy.. he called, he arrived at the correct addresses and he had exceptional customer service. I also want to report that this delivery also went smooth because the office called a day before delivery to arrange for the gate to be unlocked. This was the first time in yrs that things went so perfect. Great job to all involved in providing me with good service.

In the past, prior to Superior's emails, I liked the timely gas deliveries and the friendly service. My wife and I no longer have children at home as we are almost 80 years old and only use the gas fireplace when the temperature is chilly. The implication that we are using your gas tank for anything other than heating the family room was both surprising and offensive,
I assume the recent communications with Superior came from Boston rather than Ashland. I would NOT recommend Superior to ANYONE.

I don’t have to worry about running out as you monitor. You deliver when it’s needed so I’m not charged the delivery fees more than needed. I’m acute to this cause there was a time I was getting partial loads that were obviously just unloading the truck on the way in. I complained and it stopped. This occurred before Superior. What I like is you put it in writing so I don’t feel I need to look over my shoulder.
The delivery drivers have always been friendly and professional. And the customer service is excellent.
Good service once you get through to someone. Had trouble trying to use online ordering and no luck getting through using the phone number given. Fortunately, I had an old number and used it to get through and got prompt service.
