I like the fact that you monitor my use and refill when it’s appropriate.
I like the automatic fill up and also they can look at my meter and let me know what's going on cuz they keep it filled. I like it that I can do the budget plan or else I couldn't heat my house $250 is really a burden for me but I have to have heat. I only get 848 social security and that's it. propane seems to burn well no mess like that kerosene stuff.

We have always been well taken care of by this company. This time we needed a fill and we're promised for several days as we were very low on propane and were to be getting our first fill for the cold weather season.
We were concerned about running out of course and all that goes with that with the safety of our pets and my elderly mother coming in town for a few weeks. We finally got it filled yesterday and we feel relieved now heading into winter. I trust the service will be seamless as usual going forward.

I was down to 20% I know they have readers on tanks but don’t like running down where it’s 48 gal left. But main thing is try to get thru when calling even had hard time to pay had to wait awhile. Besides that I have no complaints. I did wanted a 20lb container filled figure their here takes only seconds but I’ll exchange it. Even it’s not much but tank I left next to reg tanks not like going out of way. Overall past 3 years I really had no problems

The service is good .But I have ran out of gas two times. One time because someone in the winchester office put my account on hold by accident. I always pay on time and before my dure date .the second time was last year and the same thing happened each time I had to call the main office 🏬 to have it fixed. The lady in the main office call winchester and fixed it she was very helpful and friendly .Quarles would give you a 50.00 credit if you run out of gas on the budget plan. But not superior you should change the Quarles name to superior because your not Quarles. I never ran out of gas with Quarles.

You have my propane tank set up with a alarm to tell you when to refill the tank and it seems to work well. I don't have to keep checking the tank. I don't like the many names you use to identify your services. Is the company Dixie, Quarles or Superior?
I have been a customer since 2003, on an auto-delivery service. Each year my estimated usage and budget is determined, credit card is chsrge a monthly amount and I don't have to worry about a big bill at delivery time or about having to ask for help turning all the pilots back on, which happened to me once when I first moved in.
