I've always had good service from you guys even one night when it came down from a party and made sure I got my heater and my hot water heater going he was down here about 11:00 I guess he was the manager I can't remember but they've always been really good always there thank you guys Merry Christmas
Quality service
The delivery is always in time and friendly. I don’t know how comparable the rates are, but I am happy so I don’t check them out, however I see that some of my neighbors have changed companies, so I hope you are staying competitive. They couldn’t have changed because of the service!
Everything is fine, with the exception of attempting to order product by phone. "There are sixty-seven callers ahead of you. Your estimated wait time is one hundred sixteen minutes." Really?

I receive my fill up. The drivers are very willing to open and close our gate at the end of our driveway. This takes time from their route and do not have to do it. I appreciate their service.

reliability and ease
Bob & I are older customers - we like having the ability to call into the office and request our tank be topped off before winter sets in and our driveway becomes too muddy / snow covered to drive up & down without destroying the work that's gone into maintenance. Because they are local, they understand not all of us have concrete driveways and make exceptions for those living in the sticks.
Before we switched to Kamp's another propane company refused to come up until our tank was at 30% & I do understand their position, it snowed and we almost ran out of propane. That meant no cooking or hot water. When they did try, the driveway was torn up & we had to have a neighbor bring up his equipment to fill the holes.

After several phone calls which were quite trying , as information just couldn't seem to be documented correctly, the local representative, Bill Groves, came to the rescue, as did the California contact last spoken to. Bill went WAY BEYOND what we had hoped for regarding setting a new tank with a fill at my new construction! Thank you so much!
Other than this last time, delivery after calling or emailing has been within a week. Great. I like the one price all year.
The delivery guys are nice and my dog likes them. He understands delivery trucks. The gals on the phone are nice and when I email I get a notice that it has been received. We have been a customer for a long time because of the service.
I do like caling locally and not back east.
I would like to know if paying my bill online before 30 days is OK as I am used to that, however I like the automatic charge in case life gets hectic and I forget.
