We have three propane tanks on our property, each providing primary heating sources for the structures that they supply. While we sized the tanks as appropriately as we could, they tend to end up being used at somewhat differing rates, especially with our widely varying weather conditions, of late. Our support from Superior/Kamps has been exceptional for all of the years that they have been supporting our needs. They have also provided expert help on a small leak which we could not find on our owned equipment and repaired the issue once found. ALL of the staff from the office group where we request fill-ups (our location has proved difficult for the remote monitoring so we let them know when a given tank is getting low) to the delivery and maintenance crews have all be FAST, Friendly, and very supportive. The prices for the fuel have been remarkably stable over the years and the fuel does it's job in each case, well. We have always had good service in our association with the company.

Quality customer service
I am on autofill, so I pay in June for the full year, which is called pre buy. They send me paperwork to fill out with the amount I used and if I have money from the previous year to apply. Once this is done I send a check. I am set for the year. The truck comes automatically and fills the tank, so I have propane for the generator and the furnace. This is very convenient for me and relieves stress not having to worry over when they need to come or have to call them. Customer service employees are always helpful and kind. I am very satisfied with Hopkins Propane and have used their service since 2012. Thank you for being my Propane provider.
