The sensor on the tank to tell the driver when it needs to be filled is a great product and they always fill it when it gets down to around 30%
8 months ago and previous to that it was absolutely awful. Probably the worst service experiences of my life. My last 4 times of calling for service have been amazing! My call was answered promptly by a kind and helpful employee each time and everything they said was done! I am very happy with the “switch” in the operation and quality of people. I hope it continues this way!

Billing department always emails bill which is on autopay . Only thing I wish they did is if they could email me if i need to pay extra I believe in July .
