The folks at the Pioneer location far exceeded my expectations when I unexpectedly ran out of propane. I was expecting to have to wait a few days for delivery but Jessica helped schedule my delivery sooner-in 24 hrs! The tech and delivery driver were super helpful and got my family all hooked up with propane and made sure we didn’t have any leaks. THANK YOU so much to the Pioneer location!

I have had propane heat since I’ve owned my home, about 30 years. I’ve had other providers and it’s all hazy now, but it seemed like things were a hassle. I had run out of propane, received bills at times when it just didn’t seem possible to pay them. With this company, I’ve had no hassles or no worries. I’m on a plan where I pay a little bit each month to alleviate getting one big bill. I’ve never had a problem or any worries of running out since I have changed to this company.
