We have had Hopkins propane for many years and when my mother needed service, we had her sign up with Hopkins as well. There have been a few issues, but Hopkins propane was able to get those corrected. The issues occurred when they changed ownership and they needed to revisit their delivery time frame.
The people in the office are always so professional and kind. And the delivery drive does such a great job that we never know they’ve been here.
I don’t have to worry about running out of propane since Superior Plus monitors the propane in my tank and schedules delivery when it’s at about 30%. They also deduct payment from my checking account when delivery is completed. All I do is keep track of each delivery and payment on their App.

The process to order a delivery of propane is easy. The deliveries arrive within the time frame they give you (sometimes sooner). People I have talked to on the phone have been professional and friendly - never a discomfort in calling. I receive an alert when delivery has been made. Bills are simple and easy to understand. Payment process goes smoothly.
