Customer service is responsive are very proactive with tank fill requests and being helpful when/if you need filled early due to Dr/medical/ scheduling conflicts/ homeowner appointments/needs. And the tanker crew are pleasant. No question is ever too small.

I was very impressed with the emergence service. I needed fuel and they offered to bring it to me on a Saturday night. They arrived Sunday morning at the time they said they would. I was not expecting to get service until Monday. Yes, there was a mixup on my usage, but they were able to solve my problem quicker than I expected.

Tank rental is cheaper than others.
Don’t like the invoice printout being left on the tank. They used to leave it on our front door.
The invoice doesn’t reflect a discount for automatic payment using our credit card.
Nice to have our tank filled in freezing cold weather so we are prepared for a power outage (for a power outage)
