The price seems fair. The truck delivery person was quiet and fast; I didn't even hear the truck come down my road. Very efficient. The person I spoke to on the phone at the Sonora office, before we had our power shut off by PG&E was very understanding and answered my questions and concerns about the amount of use with propane and my Generac. I was concerned I was going to run out of propane, she really put me at ease.

For 29 years we have appreciated the service of Kamps propane. We never have to worry about running low as they monitor the propane tank. They are always friendly and respectful.

The lady, i think her name is Linda, who works at my local office out of Buckley, Michigan, is SO very helpful and friendly! That, plus, I've had winter-related problems and the responses that I have gotten were rather incredible. The guys have done an amazing job helping to get me heat!!

Mostly the young lady that helped me understand the company services and policies. She made it crystal clear while maintaining a professional attitude and was very helpful and friendly. As for the The propane … well it’s propane. It’s the people on the other side of the phone that make it personable which is what I appreciate.
