When you call, they answer with a friendly voice. Always helpful and ready to help.
Quick response to call. Efficient delivery of gas within 10 days or less.
You monitor propane levels & refill without our having to ask & without our running out (at least so far!).
Making sure we don't run out of propane and selling it at reasonable rates during the year.
You keep the tank full. Our last supplier frequently left us with no gas. You’ve never let us down.
Came in when they said and delivered the propane. Wilco at receiving the notice of how many gallons were delivered.

When I call the person answering the phone is courteous and very helpful The delivery personnel have also been courteous and helpful. I am currently receiving my delivery on a better schedule than some previous schedules where I ran out and experienced a short period of no heat.
So easy to get someone on the phone, Everyone from the office and the drivers are all so nice!
We appreciate that they are so on top of the automatic scheduling! We have never had to worry about getting low.
We originally had Amerigas since that’s what was already here when we moved in. It was a nightmare.

Once I call for a tank fill, they handle the rest, including call the evening before the delivery to secure the dogs and unlock the gate!
The only downfall is the time it takes to get a delivery from the time you call. So you really have to plan ahead.
Knowing when my tank starts to get low I'll know Superior will be bringing me a load of fuel. The drivers are friendly which is a good reflection for the company.

Speed of my deliveries. Above and beyond expectations.
At my request, you put me on automatic delivery when my tank reaches 30% rather than waiting until 20%. This is very important for me as my street is difficult during winter conditions. This gives me a buffer, extra days in case of bad weather. Also you filled it to 90% rather than 82%. Again a big help to me!! Means delivery is not as often, the extra 8%
So thank you for listening! Yes very happy!! And I don't have to call and beg for a delivery.

Except for occasional hiccups that all businesses have their service is speedy and courteous. No issues except I feel like tank rental fee is way too high.
