I was informed on the service day ( by text although little early before 7am) that I would have my tank filled that day and to make sure the tank was accessible. The driver was professional, friendly, and was open to answer any questions I might have.

Only had to wait a few days for propane service. Appreciated the fact that I was given courtesy call 15-30 minutes before service, gave me time to contain my dogs.
I don’t have to worry about running out gas and I like the payment plan
I never run out of propane as they know when to come fill the tank. Also, they allow me to break up the bill in half paying one month and balance on following month.
