Sheldon Gas has provided friendly, timely propane services to us for many years. They are very good at estimating our usage and manage to arrive and fill our tank without contacting them ahead of time. Their drivers are respectful of our property and contact us with any questions or changes in procedures. We can look up our account data online and make any changes if necessary. They provide advance notice of the statement/invoice well in advance of our automated payment. If we do have a billing question, we can contact Sheldon and speak to a person if needed and they have always been very helpful.
Easy to order and work with. Price is usually very competitive to all other providers.
Your prices are excellent, I use to work for Kamps, probably signed between my husband as well 600 customers, maybe more over several years. We worked under Bill Memory, the best boss and manager we have ever worked for. I know that with the change of ownership you have to run the company differently but we still plan on being faithful customers. The service is still stellar and no complaints at all. The automatically keeps track of my tank and when its low they come to fill it.
I have nothing to compare to but tank is alway filled before it’s empty and I assume the charges are comparable to other companies. There isn’t much to choose from where I live.

I greatly appreciate the company's prompt response to my request to fill up my tank before the snow arrives. The other company I had before would not refill my tank, even though I said it was down to 15%. The refill truck finally arrived after multiple requests, but it could not complete the delivery because snow blocked my driveway and propane tank.
