Again I explained to her my thoughts on propane cost, and senior citizen on a fixed budget. She patiently listened and answered my questions. Lisa looked into some options that might be available for our residence given our propane use. A price adjustment was available.

The electronic monitoring of the tank makes it something you don’t have to worry about. It gets filled up when it needs it. The automatic billing makes that part something you don’t have to think about it as well.
I don’t know if it’s the best price around, but it is simple enough, and I’ve never had any problem with the service, and or the equipment!

We requested to delay the automatic refil, thinking that our home would sell. We stopped the listing and alerted you and then ran out of propane before our delivery. The local office and team were very helpful in restoring our service. Bruce did a great job and checked for leaks.

Kamps has been very easy to work with and I have never had any issues with deliveries or getting propane when I needed it. There has been a person to talk to in the rare cases I needed something. I did get a late charge for a payment that I couldn't afford to make on time that was a little annoying but that would not impact making a positive recommendation. Overall I have had very positive experiences working with Kamps.

Today I received this survey, from Hopkins Propane, and an invoice from Superior Propane....why are there two names? I know Superior had a rough start, and I remember reading/watching the news about poor communication and tanks running dry, during a winter. I've always been very happy with Hopkins Propane, guess I am waiting to see what my service is like under "Superior." My tank was just filled this week, and the driver was very friendly and professional.
