WORST experience with lactation nurse COURTNEY:
On a less positive note, we did have a difficult experience with one of the lactation nurses, Courtney. Unfortunately, her approach felt dismissive and lacked the empathy and encouragement that are so important during such a sensitive time. She never explained any techniques for latching. She always wants to leave.
