Facility was clean, process was smooth and staff was outstanding.

Everyone was so sweet and loved the food and the little snack room for patients

I don't believe there's anything that needs improvement. The facilities were great, the staff was exceptionally good. All explanations were clear, concise, and readily available. I'm just not likely to recommend an emergency room. If asked, I will say that Baylor Scott and White Frisco took exceptional care of me. But I wouldn't send someone out of their way to go there.
Wonderful staff! My family and I were so well taken care of during our labor and delivery and postpartum.

I went in for bad chest pain, they ended up saying I have pleurisy, but didn’t know why. Said it could be millions of things but didn’t do blood tests or anything. They just did an EKG and an X-ray and said “we don’t know, here’s a pill. Have a good day” -.-
My experience was awesome. I met so many caring and thoughtful people.
I just cannot say enough good things about how everything turned out.
I would highly recommend this facility.
Make sure that the doctor that is doing a procedure on you gives the right name of the hospital and address on the procedure sheet because Dr Matthew hughes's office just said Baylor medical hospital so we went to Baylor medical hospital but end up being Baylor medical centennial and no one ever said that and there was no address on the sheet so we went to the wrong Hospital but other than that the people were very nice very professional hospital was super clean and they explained everything to the tea thanks for good experience

I love the staff, everyone I came in contact with was so professional and caring. I feel I got the very best care. Dr Carrasco is simply the best. Thank you for providing me with such excellent care. When you prayed with me and my wife before my surgery it took away all my anxiety.
