My particular praise is for the group exercise classes and the instructors. Magnificent. I’ve grown stronger in the past year just from attending the nine o’clock classes each day. I had zero upper body or core strength, and I notice a huge difference. I am very grateful.

Friendly staff, good hours, a clean facility.
Very relaxed atmosphere. Must say that I’m still disappointed with the removal of the belted workout machines after the renovation. Nothing quite replaces them in the wellness center.
I love everything about the Y! Everyone is always so friendly & welcoming! Even during major construction, when I joined, the staff was still upbeat and very helpful!
