Our two Stannah stairlifts installed by Arrow Lift have been working for us very reliably since they were installed. When we had a problem with one of them a week ago, the Arrow Lift technician came out the next day to fix it. Arrow lift has been very helpful and prompt in responding to any problems that we encountered (which were very few). Great product!
The salesman was not pushy and gave us time and space. The installer was very kind, efficient, and caring. The chair lift works great.
People are easy and courteous to work with. Implementation tradeoffs and discussions made it easy to come up with the optimum solution to our lift needs. Follow up requirements were very effective.
