We have had our chair lift now for 4 years and I have been pleased with it's durability and ease of use. While the equipment is great, the thing we like about Arrow Lift is the support we have received over the last 4 years. We have a service agreement and the annual inspections, but when we have needed service support, they have been right there to help and solve the problems. However, the best part of Arrow Lift is the people. From sales, to service, to support, we have been impressed with every person from Arrow Lift we have met. They always were polite, kind, thorough and professional. Every person knows how to make you feel like we are all part of a family consisting of providers and users. They all make you feel like they would do anything to help and serve you, with their skills and expertise. Stability and employees available to communicate
I always appreciate their appproachability because I know so little about their work and they make it simple for me to understand what they are doing and why.
Arrowlift came out asked questions about who would be using the stairlift, how they would be using it and looked at the sight of where the lift would need to be placed. They ordered the required lift, then came back to install. They also come back out to do a tuneup maintance if you purchase the maintance package, totally worth it.
The installers came on time and worked professionally and cleanly.

Such an easy process. From calling to set up an appointment. Charlie came out to measure and show us the options . Kyle installing our moms chair lift a week later. She is very happy with the service and her new chair lift. She can now get to all floors safely. Thanks for the great service.
We really our outdoor Arrow Lift chair. Being elderly, we use it to carry things up and down, like grocery's and other large items, as well as ourselves. It is a life safer!
