Our elevator has worked very well for the six years we have had it. Every six months someone from Arrow Lift calls us, however, to remind us to have it checked and a technician comes out. They have all been very nice and see to take their work very seriously.

Product---wonderful stair lift,so easy to use, very quiet, looks very nice. Now we have our house on one floor and we will be staying in our house a long time because we don't have to climb stairs anymore. Service --- Mark (sales person) was very understanding, knew what I wanted and made it happen, I didn't have to wait very long, less than a week and it was installed.
