We love our stair lift! We have had it only 1 week but don't know what we would do without it! The salesman, Mark was very nice and really knew about the product he was selling. The installer, Trevor was the best! He knew what he was doing and did a great job on the installation. He was done in about 3 1/2 hours and we are very happy with it. Your competitor did NOT have good reviews - or a showroom to look at the product. We had talked about getting a stair lift for quite some time and finally have the best one! Now it is not a "chore" to go up & down the basement stairs. We will recommend you to any one looking for a stair lift.

Your serviceman performed warranty service recently and really got the unit to stop thumping and squeaking. The fellow who came last year to remove the motorized rail and make the rail straight to the bottom also did excellent work and showed us some options that we did not know existed. The service to date has been very good.

Prompt scheduling, and the regular servicing gives me an elevator that works 100% of the time.
Service is very good and professional. My only issue is that Arrow Lift never calls me, or reminds me by email, to schedule a maintenance appointment even though I have a contract. I have to take the initiative or I don't get the service I have paid for. This has been a long term issue that I have commented on for years.

Our lift is very quite. The staff was very professional, curtious, very skilled. The technician had our stairlift installed and operating in very little time and went through all the ways to operate. Overall the process was very easy and trouble free from the initial visit where measurements were taken to the installation. I would highly recommend Arrow Lift to anyone who would be in a need for mobility up and down stairs.
Great sales presentation. 2 day installation service!! Professional installation & educated us on how to use the lift chair! We just love it! So happy to be able to go down & up the stairs without being winded or back pain. Would highly recommend to anyone (Seniors) that wants to stay in their home! Now we’re getting a walk-in bath. We should be set now for many hassle free years😉👍🏻‼️
