We love our lift. Loved the features, especially compared to a competitors product that we looked at. Everyone that we worked with (Charlie, Andy, and Logan) was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The fact that our stair lift was installed only 3 business days after Charlie came to our house was AMAZING!!! My wife was at the point where she could barely walk up the stairs. She no longer has to worry about being homebound anymore. I have already recommended someone to your company.

It helps me stay in my home even though I have a disability. I can use it to get my laundry done and allow me to carry things up or down the stairs without the worry of falling down the stairs when there is no one around to help me since I live alone.

Excellent co-ordination, product knowledge, set-up and knowledge of the product. Looked like a large puzzle on the floor but Hunter put it together with precision and had it inspected by the state. Took only 10 minutes for the inspection. Amazing co-ordination. I love it!!!

The stairlift was installed at my sister’s townhome. I’ve seen pictures only; but my sister seems very happy with it. She says it’s sturdy, quiet, and doesn’t take an overly long period of time to travel up or down the stairs. She was concerned that it would be extremely slow! lol

Good product presentation from Charlie. Great to be able to go into the showroom and see the two models Arrow lift cells and actually use the working models.
