The stairlift was installed at my sister’s townhome. I’ve seen pictures only; but my sister seems very happy with it. She says it’s sturdy, quiet, and doesn’t take an overly long period of time to travel up or down the stairs. She was concerned that it would be extremely slow! lol

Good product presentation from Charlie. Great to be able to go into the showroom and see the two models Arrow lift cells and actually use the working models. Products built well. Didn't care for some bump sounds. But the workers told us louder bump was spliced and can't smooth it. Also, that the -2- was good because sandpaper does some cleaning.
The installers were excellent workers and worked hard the whole time.
