I like your product and service. I have one big request. Since I have a contract that is paid, I believe you should call me to schedule the semi annual service. No one from Arrow calls me. If I don't keep tract of when the service is due, it does not get done. This has happened for years. Most business notify someone under contract that service is due.

Our service representative is always very friendly. Ben Pritt is very knowledgeable, and does the service work very well. He was a little late this last time, and had some issues with his phone, so couldn't call, which was not a problem on that day.
My Arrow Lift chair makes my life easier, so that I can get up and down the stairs from the lower to the upper level in my home. I recently had my chair serviced on my annual maintenance plan. The technician was professional, friendly, and helpful.
