Mark was fantastic to work with regarding sales. He was very knowledgeable and came prepared to take measurements at our first meeting. He always returned my calls or emails within one day. The installers were also fantastic (I'm sorry I'm doing this a couple of months later and I have forgotten their names). They were prompt, courteous, wore masks, and cleaned up their work area. You would not have known they were there. They completed the job faster than promised and explained the operation of the machine to me. We've had no issues with the stair lift to date. It has several curves and travels between three floors in my home with a nice smooth motion. It works great!

Folds away nicely and it is very quiet and smooth. The installer was very nice. Instructed us on everything. Cleaned up and left us with information if we had any additional question. Love.

We would like to recognize the outstanding work of Josh, one of the elevator technicians. He has serviced our elevator multiple times and always does outstanding work. One his last visit for routine maintenance, he eliminated an annoying banging noise which had been happening for quite some time, and which other technicians were unable to fix. Josh is also very friendly and personable.
