I have had the chair lift for over a year and use it several time every day. I not only use it to transport me un and down the three levels safely in my house but also to move anything that would not be safe for me to carry down the stairs such as laundry boxes of books.
Nice young man did a through check up and was very nice.
Our son told me I should get the lift 2 years ago, I thought it would be to expense of.
Then my husband got sick he had trouble with the steps. He was in a nurseing home for 2 weeks.
Our son made an appointment with Mark Peltingill, we talked and I descovered I could afford it. It's been in for 4 weeks. It's wonderful to use.
The installer was great. Up and down stairs done in 5 hours. Went thou the use with me and have enjoyed useing it. I do not want to leave our home.

Chia is an excellent technician; extremely personable and knowledgable. The only downside with you folks is that I don't necessarily get reminders for scheduled maintenance in a timely fashion. (In other words, more often than not, I have to reach out to you.)

When I reached out to the salesman, Brett, I was concerned that I would be dealing with a sleazy, shady salesman. My concerns were put to rest after my first question. Brett was 100% professional, patient, and forthright. I honestly couldn’t have been happier with how the process worked from beginning to end.
Being in the military, I am stationed 14 hours driving time away from my parents. With that being said, I was not at my parents when the technician / installer arrived to install the chair lift. My mother is a very strong willed woman who doesn’t put up with any shenanigans. The afternoon that the chair was installed I called my mom to check on the outcome. Please remember my mother is a very strong willed woman and says exactly what is on her mind, she was thoroughly impressed with the gentleman who installed the chair lift.
If I ever come across anyone whose family needs a chair lift, without hesitation I will highly recommend Arrow Lift!!
