Answer all my questions so I feel confident in my elevator. Finance people have been very helpful and pleasant to work with in a variety of situations. Annual maintenance plan has been worth having for the past 10+ years. I think this is still a family owned business; it was when I first contacted them. I feel good about recommending their business; their continuing customer service, from purchase to installation to upkeep, rates Arrow Lift a 5 out of 5 stars in my book!
