I have a three level house with two landings and Stannah designed a lift that covers it nicely with stops on each floor and I do not need to switch from lift to lift to get from the top flour to the bottom. I have had this lift since September 2018 and have had nothing to complain about. The last time the service man was out for my yearly service visit he fixed a minor problem at the lower level stop which had been aggravating me for the last six month but not enough for me to call for service. Because the lift is three years old he changed out the batteries which he said normally only last five years. If he had not changed them out and sometime next year they died I would have been very aggravated this tells me that the service I am getting is looking out for me not the bottom line of the company.

The chair lift by Stannach you supplied is great and has been working well. However, when it needed service last week (it left me on the stairs halfway up -- I had to crawl the rest of the way) I could not get through to your service department for several hours, then could not get a serviceman until the next morning. When Ryan came he did not have the right part. He was able to install a used part that worked until the next day when he returned with the new one. If he had not been able to get it working for me I would have had to move out to a hotel. I do not have a kitchen upstairs, nor a bathroom downstairs. This thing is essential.
Without your service, my wife would have not been able to return home from the Transitional Care Unit. Thank you for your expeditious response and installation of the chairlift.It works like a dream.

Reliability and safety
As an MSHO Care Manager, I have opportunity at times to provide my clients with needed equipment. Recently, a client needed a stairlift after moving in with her daughter and son-in-law. I called Arrow Lift to request a bid. The family was very impressed with Mark Pettingill, stating he was very professional and kind. The bid was competitive, and the process was smooth and timely. The family very pleased with the result. I will definitely use them again if the need arises!
The product type and pricing was very competitive while offering high quality. I cannot say enough good words about the individual who installed my lifts or the gentleman who inspected and fine tuned the machines and my sales person who took care of me at each step. We love the stair lift but am not too impressed with the service people. Last time the tech never introduced himself - this time we had a trainee with the "trainer person". They did not introduce themselves either. I was supposed to get a copy of the work order but have not received anything yet!
