We are very pleased with our Arrow Chair Lift. It operates very quietly and efficiently. We like that it folds up so there's still plenty of room to get by it if you are walking up or down the stairs. It has a seat belt which makes it safer when the chair is in use. We have maintenance contract with you. which includes 2 inspections yearly. It seems I always have to call you's to get them done. You should be calling us to set up a time not me always calling you's to see when can get one done. that's what the contract is for. Thanks Larry
