I love my lift from Arrow Lift. My knees can not do stairs well any more. I needed a method that would transport me and boxes of Christmas decorations up & down the basement. This lift was just the right thing for the job. My only regret is that I should have had it installed years ago.
The young guy was very pleasant. He got right to work and when he was finished he said everything was good and showed me a button I could press when I wanted to turn it off that I hadn’t known about.

Reliable. I originally purchased the Arrow Lift to allow my handicapped husband to access our basement where he would reload bullets for the hunters in our family. Since his passing, I have needed it to access my laundry. Your regular inspections have ensured that it stays in working condition. Your techs who inspect and repair or replace parts of it are very competent.

The representatives are professional and well-informed about their product. The technicians who installed the elevator explained every step of the installation and how to best utilize the different aspects of use. The technicians who have checked the elevator through our maintenance agreement were thorough and explained what, if anything, needed fine tuning. They made the necessary adjustments and explained them to us. I recommended Arrow Lift to several of our friends and also showed them the ease of operation.
