I love my Arrow Lift stairlift. I feel independent that I can get to my freezer, check my sump pumps, or just get to my basement during bad weather, and I don't have to wait for family to cime over and bring things up from my basement. I've had my staircase for 5 years, and use it almost every day.
I bought a small breed puppy a little over a year ago, and when I was using my stairlift he sat at the top of the stairs and cried. I picked him up and sat him on my lap. He is one year old now, and can't wait to sit on my lap for his ride to the basement with me. He loves our Arrow Lift stairlift also. I'm so glad I purchased it.

Maintenance personnel seem well equipped to diagnose and handle problems as well as taking care of routine maintenance. Cade has done an excellent job every time he has been here.
We had issues of electrical connections due to dirt and general maintenance.
We called the office and fortunately Chris, the serviceman happened to be in our area, so he came over and repaired the problems and we signed up for a maintenance agreement for 2026.

Maintenance on lift was great! Very thorough and cleaned and dusted off chair and rails immaculately. Tech was very professional and put up with my new puppy. Actually thought the puppy wanted to go home with him🙄
My wife passed away a few weeks ago. Tech was very sympathetic and supportive. I would recommend this lift as it is fantastic. Just moving heavy boxes or Christmas decorations is worth the lift alone. Highly recommended 👍
